Nasal strips work on the outside of the nose, gently lifting its sides to open the nasal passages. Mouth tape sits over the lips and is designed to encourage breathing through the nose. The strips are the simpler starting point; the mouth tape suits those who can already breathe comfortably through their nose.
No. These are everyday comfort products — adhesive strips, tape, a mask, earplugs, a mist, patches, a pillow and a light. They are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have an ongoing sleep or breathing concern, please speak to a health professional.
Add any two items to your cart and 10% comes off automatically; add three or more and it becomes 15%. The kits on the homepage are suggested pairings, but any combination counts — the saving is applied in the cart with no code to enter. It applies to one-time purchases and does not stack with other discount codes.
On products you use up — the nasal strips, mouth tape, pillow mist and under-eye patches — you can choose to subscribe instead of buying once. Subscribers save 15% on every delivery and pick a cadence of every month, every two months or every three months. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is free, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Free standard shipping on every order to any Australian address — no minimum spend, no code. We currently deliver within Australia only. Our Shipping & Returns page, linked in the footer, sets out the details, and our Returns & Refunds policy covers what to do if something is not right.
Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and you can check its status from your account.
Contact us as soon as possible using the Contact page with your order number. We will let you know what is possible depending on whether the order has already been dispatched.
Yes. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; card details are never stored by Soveyra.
