Shipping & Returns

Free shipping across Australia.

Free standard shipping on every order to any Australian address — no minimum spend, no code. Soveyra currently delivers to addresses within Australia only; we are not yet able to ship internationally.

Standard shipping is the delivery option at checkout and usually takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed, and you can view your order from your account.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

If something is not right with your order, contact us with your order number and we will help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.
